As we dive into a new month, I want to take a moment to celebrate what truly makes this chapter special—our community. 

In an industry where competition can feel fierce, we choose a different path. We choose collaboration. We choose to lift each other up, share insights, and celebrate successes—because when one of us thrives, we all thrive. That's the heart of IDS DFW. 

More Than a Network—A Support System 

I've seen firsthand how powerful it is when designers come together—not to compete, but to collaborate and champion one another. Whether it's sharing vendor recommendations, troubleshooting client challenges, or simply offering support, the strength of our chapter is in our willingness to connect beyond business cards and Instagram likes. 

This month, I challenge you to reach out to another IDS member—grab coffee, swap stories, or even team up on a project. You never know how one conversation can spark new opportunities and friendships.
