February is here, and love is in the air! Whether it's love for design, love for our clients, or love for this incredible IDS DFW community, this month is a perfect reminder of why we do what we do. I'm constantly inspired by the talent, generosity, and camaraderie in this group—it truly feels like a family.

Also, it's almost time to celebrate the incredible work happening in our community! The IDS Designer of the Year (DOTY) Awards will open for submissions next month, so start thinking about your standout projects from the past year. Whether it's a kitchen that transformed a family's daily life, a full-home renovation that brought a client's vision to life, or a space that challenged and pushed you creatively, we want to see it. This is your chance to be recognized for all the passion and expertise you pour into your work.

As we plan for an exciting year ahead, we'd love to hear from you! If you have ideas for meeting topics, know an inspiring speaker, or have a fantastic venue in mind, please share. And if you've been thinking about getting more involved, we'd love to have you on a committee!
