Meet the 2026 IDS Designer of the Year Awards Judges

The 2026 IDS Designer of the Year Awards are almost here! As we get closer to celebrating this year’s finalists in Las Vegas, we’re taking a moment to recognize the talented group of professionals who reviewed this year’s submissions and selected the finalists. From accomplished interior designers and industry leaders to educators, editors, and home furnishings experts, this year’s judging panel brought together a wide range of experience and perspectives from across the industry.

This year, we also made a major update! Our Space Design categories are now organized by square footage rather than budget, giving designers a new way to showcase their work based on the scale of their projects.

Meet the 2026 Judges

The 2026 IDS Designer of the Year Awards Gala will take place on Wednesday, September 30, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, as part of the 2026 IDS National Conference. We’ll gather with designers, industry partners, and the IDS community to celebrate the incredible work submitted this year and recognize the talent behind it all. We can’t wait to celebrate with you at the Bellagio!
