Join us for lunch and experience Casoro Luxury safes up close. You'll learn how Designing for Riskâ„¢ can take the luxury experience you're already providing your clients to the next level by turning protection into another mark of excellence in your work.
Presentation by: Kristi Cowan, Senior Risk Consultant, CHUBB Insurance
As risks evolve, so must the role of architects, builders, and designers entrusted with protecting high-net-worth clients and their collections. Organized burglary rings, wildfires, and earthquakes aren’t just abstract threats — they’re reshaping how valuables like art, wine, and jewelry must be stored, displayed, and insured.
Imagine crafting the perfect wine room - only to hear it’s uninsurable cause of how the bottles are displayed. Or seeing a jewelry collection lost because the safe wasn’t bolted down… or worse, watching the 800-pound safe destroy a marble staircase as thieves tried to drag it out. These aren’t hypotheticals - they’re real-world consequences of overlooking risk.
This event is open to IDS members, builders and architects.
This is event is limited to 30 attendees - Registration is Required.
